• When you cut small parts on 2D laser cutting machines, they are connected to the scrap skeleton with micro- or nano-joints. We offer our pneumatic part separator as an efficient solution to subsequently easily remove the parts from the sheet. Compared to manual sorting, you will be up to 10x faster with this part separator. • The pneumatic part separator separates nano and micro-joint connections in material thicknesses of up to 12 mm, no matter whether steel, chromium steel, aluminum or special steel is being processed.

TruTool PS 100 is the perfect solution for separating nano-joint connections - machining is quick and easy. The part separator is also great for micro-joint connections. With its compact design, the machine sits comfortably in the hand. The variety of holding positions on the machine head as well as on the handle means you can vary the holding position while you work.
