• VR Series shears will automatically calculate and apply the proper cutting angle, blade gap, stroke of cutting length, and back gauge position according to the material type and thickness entered into the CNC controller.
• To reduce twisting to torsion effects in thin and narrow parts the VR series will automatically adjust the angle to insure an accurate and quality cut.
• When cutting short and thin parts the stroke is reduced in order to increase speed and production without sacrificing the quality of the cut.
• Parameters are set to reduce operator error and increase the life of the blade.
• The top beam preserves accuracy by utilizing hardened sideways and pulleys.
