• HM Sheet deburring machine model ZA 250 has a unique design, which ensures effective, safe and clean edge deburring of most ferrous and nonferrous materials utilizing two abrasive flap wheels.
• The motors rotate in opposite directions, and being independent of each other, can either debur one or both edges at the same time.
• In addition the top cover of the machine can be opened to grind or finish flat surfaces.
• Efficient deburring of sheet or plate up to 10 mm thickness, in most metals, including; mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass can be accommodated.
• The machine is manufactured in accordance with the EC-machine directive, and it has a low noise level at the place of operation.
• The ZA 250 Sheet Deburrer comes complete with two 60Grit flap wheels and a base.
• A separately powered dust extractor with a special mounting plate can be supplied as optional equipment.
