• The Stefa Cut to length line is an essential equipment in any sheet metal production facility to process complete coils. The Stefa Cut to length line can reach 15m/min and perform slitting and transverse cutting (mechanical shear) up to 3 mm of thickness, set of rolls to straightening and auxiliary equipment such as decoiler, recoiler, support and discharge tables for sheet steel, plasticizer, strips coilers etc.

• LCAS1, 5 Model: A set of rolls interleaved where is possible to adjust the vertical position to remove the natural deflection of the coils. The penetration is made by wheel equipped with indicator position.

• LC1, 5 Model: A set of rolls interleaved where is possible to adjust the vertical position to remove the natural deflection of the coils. The penetration is made by wheel equipped with indicator position

• LCAS1, 5 Model: Longitudinal cut in the steel sheet by penetration of the rotating knives. The vertical movement of the slitting shaft is done by wheels equipped with indicators in mm. The rotary knives are adjusted by free positioning with easy lock system by screw. The access of the slitting is guarded by metallic door with safety sensor.

• Digital Ruler: Digital ruler for slitting knives where is possible to easily adjust the positioning between cuts.

• Mechanical Shear model LCAS: Mechanical shear with capacity to cut up to 1,5 mm safeguarded by photoelectric barriers.
• Mechanical Shear model LC1,5: Mechanical shear with capacity to cut up to 1,5 mm safeguarded by photoelectric barriers.
• Mechanical Shear model LC2: Mechanical shear with capacity to cut up to 2 mm safeguarded by photoelectric barriers.
• Mechanical Shear model LC3: Mechanical shear with capacity to cut up to 3 mm safeguarded by photoelectric barriers.
• Extraction Rolls: A set of rolls to pull up heavy sheet metals after cut by gearmotor and pneumatic cylinders.

• Auxiliar Equipment:
• Entry table: Hydraulic support table, expandable to the Decoiler and to support the introduction of sheet metal into the entry guide of the straightener.
• Plasticizer unit: Placed on the entry guide of the line to be able install a film applicator on the sheet metal.
• Plasticizer unit model LC2 and LC3: Placed on the entry guide of the line to be able install a film applicator on the sheet metal.
• Strip Recoiler: To recoil the trimmed edge of the sheet metal, with torque control by inverter.
• Discharge Table 3m: Table to receive the material with a length of 3m. Hydraulic elevation and automatic positioning system depending on stack height. Optionally can be added a lateral displacement system for easy logistic.
• Discharge Table 6m: Table to receive the material with a length of 6m. Hydraulic elevation and automatic positioning system depending on stack height. Optionally can be added a lateral displacement system for easy logistic.
• Radio Control: Wireless control to operate the main functions of line. Useful to have free movements when introducing the first coil.
